| This is my new go-to auto repair shop. Ash and Tim were very friendly and professional throughout, and made the experience a joy - which is the opposite of my past experiences with other auto shops. They even gave me a ride back to my house after I dropped off my car, and delivered my car to me at home after service was completed. I also really appreciated the website link they sent me via text message after taking an initial look at my car, which listed every inspection point which they ran and which points passed and failed. They even took photos of the different issues with my car so that I could see what was wrong for myself, from the comfort of my computer at home. No other auto shop does this, and I was very pleased with this level of customer service. They're definitely taking a more modern, digital approach to keeping their customers informed throughout the repair and inspection process, and I think it's great. They also pointed out non-urgent issues with my car, but did not make me feel forced to agree to have them fixed. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need an inspection or repairs. Highly recommended! |

| Ashley and crew are always willing to arrange times, rides or anything that makes the ?trauma? of having my auto repaired or serviced easiest for me! They work around my schedule, explain every detail in layman?s terms and give me a fresh baked cookie to boot! Can?t say enough good things about them!!!
